Tuina
Traditional Chinese Massage (Tuina)
This massage focuses on acupuncture points and muscles. You will not always find this pleasant but it is very good for your health because we thoroughly treat all muscle groups and acupuncture points which stimulates energy management.
Relaxation massage
This massage is done with warm oil and is purely aimed at de-stressing and relaxation; a massage that is very good for your health and that will continue to be effective for days.
Guasha treatments
The skin is scraped with a special stone after applying oil to the skin first. Around areas of muscle blockage, the skin turns red. This treatment is virtually painless with often surprisingly good results.
Cupping treatment
For people with real pain spots we offer a vacuum treatment (Cupping). A glass cup is placed on the painful area. This creates a vacuum pulling the skin upwards. As a result, the blood vessels are stretched which causes greatly increased blood flow. The pain then disappeared almost immediately. A simple but very effective treatment.
Neck, head and shoulder massage
Neck, head and shoulder massage is especially beneficial for people who have developed tightness in this area due to stress. This often gives enormous relief in a short time (30 min). If your neck and shoulders are cramped, half an hour is often enough to loosen things up again.
Foot Reflex massage
We also give foot massages. The soles of your feet are massaged at various points, which stimulates organs and senses.
Pedicure treatment *
Note: no treatment for diabetes patients and ingrown toenails.

- Treatment is completed with a foot and lower leg massage including a footcare cream.
* All used instruments are cleaned in a professional ultrasonic bath after each treatment to kill any possible bacteria, fungi and even the Corona virus.
Oils
We use a non-perfumed, nourishing and soothing oil for all of our massages. This oil is constantly kept in a special container at a steady temperature of 60 °C. This is pleasant for you and better for the treatment of muscle groups.
Parking
The St. Annalaan has paid parking from 08.00 to 18.00 and for late-night shopping on Thursdays until 21.00. For shopping on Sundays from 12.00 to 18.00. The parking meter is located right outside of our practice.

Enjoy a free cup of tea, coffee or soft drink.
Payment
We accept payment by card (no creditcard) or cash; with receipt including BTW tax.
